Withdrawal Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind.

  • Return label：We will send you a return label within 48 business hours.

  • Dropping off your package：The returned package must be dropped off with the carrier within 14 calendar days. In case of public holidays or weekends, Elyth Édition reserves the right to extend this period.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, simply return the product and place a new order.

Return Fees (Using Our Label)

Return fees will be deducted from your refund. In other words, the refund you receive will correspond to your order amount minus the return fee specified below.
